Trent Dilfer
Possibly but he contributed against the Broncos that year in play offs as far a I remember.
You remember incorrectly, he was dogshit
Ben Roethlisberger’s performance in SB 40 was easily the worst of the last 20 years by a winning QB
Maybe, there’s been a few rubbish QBs win it all, in a way Manning contributed just by being Peyton Manning, every defence he faced feared him a little.
Revis to the Chiefs,I said here weeks ago the Raiders could have done worse than pick him up until the end of the season, the cunt will get a pick 6 against them now.
Dwight Freeney and his spin move on his way to the Lions
Probably was a luxury and needed room for DBs to cover injuries.
Essentially what @cluaindiuic just said. Pete Carroll said it was the one area where we had decent depth and could afford to cut someone. The secondary, O-line and RBs have all been ravaged and unfortunately for Dwight he became expendable.
Was there doubt around this or did I miss something?
Well they made a big move in signing Jimmy Garoppolo. And he is coming to the end of his contract. So the niners will be in a situation of do they sign him or not at years end. And not playing him it will be hard for them to make such a large signing to what really is an unproven player.
We’ve also traded away a good few future picks, so when a team is in “win now” mode and ain’t winning, it doesn’t look good for the future.
Assumed Jimmy had a longer contract than that given he was only signed mid season
The 49ers have a ball of cap space. He will be franchise tagged and given a year to earn a multi year deal
Who knew McCarthy had a sense of humour
Packers coach Mike McCarthy is concerned with Antonio Brown’s workload. “He frankly looks overworked so if he needs to take a week off, this would be a good week for it. He’s a special player.”
Guys, what channel can a man watch some Thanksgiving football on in this country?
SKY Sports mate.
Which one mate. There’s a ball of them.
