I had this happen twice in the last 24 hours. Yesterday got a call from a lady saying she had a missed call from me, and today again from a guy. Two different numbers. I dialled neither of them.
It’s like somebody is diverting calls through my number. Wtf is going on……
The FBI can do that.

When we moved into our house, we had a landline installed, which was a thing at the time. Unfortunately BT gave us the number of a recently defunct late night fast food place on princess parkway.

I get inundated with calls weeks from people saying they had a missed call from me and texts from a post and dhl saying I’ve to pay for a package.
I got in a right pickle last January. I was going travelling for a week and had bought a new phone. I got a message from dhl saying I owed money for the package to be delivered. I stupidly done it and the next day my phone arrived.
I was getting on a train in Verona and next minute the bank rang me saying money had tried to be taken from my account and they were shutting down my cards. I desperately explained them I was abroad and needed my cards.
Your man wasn’t too helpful but he gave me a half hour so I got money into a Revolut account and into a friends account.,
Very annoying.

I’d get the call from ‘Revolut’ a few times a week now. If I have time I’d often answer and play along like a thicko just to waste their time. Other times I’d wait till I’m connected through to the ‘agent’ and scream or roar at the top of my voice to try and frighten the shit out of them. If I waste their time then its less time they have for someone else.
The revolut scam boyos softened my cough when. I tried the silent approach after staying on the line. My possibly Burmese service agent called me out by name.
