Never heard anyone say it. Anyway I’m not too busy giving out about nurses. My current nurse is brilliant but one or two of the earlier ones weren’t. The idea that there isn’t an idle one in the profession doesn’t hold water.

Job done. They plated it for a finish. Went in at 12:30 and woke at 3. Up in the short stay ward now for the night. They’ve given me lots of tea, Madeira cake, chocolate cake, dinner and Dessert since I arrived. The NHS hospitality has been too notch. Loaded up on pain killers. Hopefully out tomorrow.
