All things are cyclical becoming cool 2nd time around - tweed suits, brown brogues, flat caps, large bottles, carveries to name a few. The newly re-constituted Health Boards will be mighty….

Its comical really.
They have centralised certain funtions it seems… IT, HR, Finance etc but the clinical/community functions will still have regional control. Be interesting to see if there is any change to the flow of annual money as part of any of this…
