Up the intensity and youā€™d only need to do 15-20 minutes a day

Iā€™m at maximum elevation
( 15) always
Comfortable at 7 km
Put it up to 8.2 on occasion

Itā€™s a habit tbh
Game in my head,
I stay on till the nearest ppl on the other treadmills are spent
And as theyā€™re all younger
I get a buzz out of seeing them wilt

Iā€™ve got big hydration goals for 2024. Iā€™ve cut back to one morning coffee daily & Iā€™ve added several litres of water. Itā€™s affecting my sleep goals, however, as Iā€™m pissing twice or thrice nightly.
