Surely carvery is less staff than the normal way? Is it less footfall is the issue I wonder
I had a daycent carvery in the Unicorn at the weekend.
Plenty of tourists here anyway. Waiting 30 minutes on a sandwich when you’d have something from the carvery straight away. I assume it’s a chef shortage thing. Don’t think I’ll be back.
