Gdansk to Warsaw is over 6 hours of a train journey 
Dworzec Glowny, Dworzec Centralna will see you right usually. Donāt book Warszawa Zachodnia, it is a few miles west of town.

The trains are usually punctual but on a trip 6 hours long there might be a risk of being 10-15 minutes late. At this time of year the trains should run ok unless a tornado takes a power line down somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

The never ending Polish bus journey is often punctuated by an impromptu stop at a petrol station where everyone has a fag. Avoid the trains that stop at every hamlet on the way. Theyād break your melt. Laugh deep and heartily at the first quote youāre given by a taxi driver to get you from A to B.
