Off the back of this I think I will do an overrated team of the last 20 years and an underrated player. One player nominated per county per position.
For the underrated it would be lads who never won an all star, for overrated lads who started a certain number of championship matches or played for a number of years without doing much of note or flattered to deceive with the odd good performance
