Itās not a red eye if its mid afternoon.
Cheers for the clarification, pal. Would never have known otherwise. Be the Lort.
Surprised at Julio and Phil here, FFS sake indeed.
Iām sorry was this some kind of attempt at humour by Bandage?
+1
Bandageās pissy little flights to London let him feel like a big man. Let him have his moment.
ryanair? ābuisnessā ???
I went to Tralee with work recently
Iām not in London, pal. See thatās the mistake people make - thereās wonderful ābuisnessā opportunities elsewhere on the mainland.
That said, a cracking possibility has arisen in London and I may have to head down there on the fly tomorrow night or Wednesday morning.
But I donāt necessarily mind as long as I get back to Dublin on a red eye on Thursday afternoon for TFK AFCās fixture that evening.
Any recommendations for a hotel within a 10 min cab ride of Euston station?
The 6.00am flight to Amsterdam is cunt. Up at 3.45am, on the go for the day and back home at about 10pm that night. Iād gotten used to the 7.00am flights but that hour earlier is a killer.
Wouldnāt mind a few handy afternoon red eyes to London.
Who did you travel with?

Hope the infection clears up, mate. That kind of thing can be nasty.

Fran would it not be easier to just see an Irish based sex worker?
I like the Academy on Gower St. Small boutique hotel opposite University of London. But there are loads of hotels within a ten minute taxi ride of Euston.

Ridiculous activity.
If the business is that important you should be flying out the night before and getting proper rest before negotiations begin.
I would be greedily rubbing my hands together with glee if I saw a red eyed half comatosed paddy in a creased suit with a half a days stubble sitting across the table from me.
The traveling business man is a major part of the thrill Brian, it just wouldnāt be the same

Money never sleeps KP
Thanks Fagan, however its booked out on my dates needed. Every half decent hotel in London seems to be booked out or ridiculously overpriced for next Wednesday night so Iāve plummed for some corporate apartments type thingy near Holborn.
Iāll be amazed if this flight makes it to Amsterdam. The captain just made an announcement which included the following comments
- our air slot has been pushed out by 20 mins
- there is currently a technical issue that they are working on
- they will have to navigate through a number of thunderstorms along the flight path
- Helena will be flying the plane
Say a prayer for me
