I forgot to log a business trip to NYC a few weeks ago chaps. Apologies.

It was my first time using the improved Aer Lingus business class service which has been rolled out over the past 12 months. A very nice experience, sets are comfortable and go fully flat. Found them to be a little narrow when fully flat but that tends to be the case with most airlines. A solid 8…75/10. Not as good as the Emirates equivalent but excellent nonetheless.

Are you normally in bed at 5pm?

What?

Definition of a red-eye flight:

“A red-eye flight is any flight departing late at night and arriving early the next morning. The term red-eye, common in North America, derives from the fatigue symptom of having red eyes, which can be caused or aggravated by late-night travel.”
