My employer (US multi) did a deal with a French vendor last year. Great piece of software but theyâre dismayed at the lack of urgency with support issues.
9.30am - 5pm. 3pm finish on Fridays. No exceptions and you know whatâŚthe yanks got over it.

The frogs in a lot of private sector industries working 35 hours a week is a myth. Plenty of them working long hours although trying to get anything out of them in August is obviously true. Stupid that they shut down for August and most of the younger ones anyway resent it due to the traffic and higher cost of everyone taking their holidays at the same fucking time.
