TFK International Business Travel Thread

OBack from London City. The changes to City airport are great and have really changed the game there for departing flights. When the work is finished it will be a much more pleasant airport. The Cityjet planes are uncomfortable but manageable for the short flight.

The DLR from City Airport to Bank is a wonderful service.

As an aside running the gauntlet of the Tube every day must be tough.

At one point due to severe overcrowding an escalator was closed off without warning by one employee and a large group of people in a confined space had nowhere to go.

After a week in mid west I am about to clock off for 24 hours of R and R in Boston before a red eye flight home

You should have changed out of the yellow slacks to improve your chance of pulling.

36 degrees in Florence tomorrow :sunny:  and it’s not like proceedings will take place in a nice air conditioned office

Not the best time of the year to be there. Crawling with tourists if not International businessmen.

The new self check in and bag drop from Aer Lingus in Terminal Two is an excellent service. No queuing and no hassle

who was it on here before who stated they were on international business and then were talking about getting a ryanair flight to bristol or southampton or something?
