TFK International Business Travel Thread

Final call. The Cumberland.
The Runt - The Hilton would be deemed too expensive and it has no availability.

balbec - my PA is on annual leave and I have the use of somebody elseā€™s but would rather take on this task myself.

Somebody make the definitive call here, please.
Sleep on the platform.

+1. He is a tiresome cunt

Isnā€™t he though? Thinking that some kiss my arse trip to London is international travel. Then again for hicks like Carryharry it is probably like going to the moon.

Thanks, Fagan. Itā€™s maybe 500 yards further away than I want to be and edging towards the upper echelon of cost for a 4-star London hotel. Given Iā€™ll only be sleeping for a few hours, I could take one for my cost centre and consider a 3-star option. I probably wonā€™t though.

Not wrong.

balbec, Fagan ODowd - please rein in these cutting remarks.

It is for your own good Bandage.

Iā€™m merely bringing the forum together for a communal task, balbec. Look at the work Iā€™ve done in reaching out to mexican on another thread. Iā€™m doing this for you all, not for me.

Bandage - Would it not be more beneficial for you to try and get in and out in the same day? Iā€™d hate to think that you were needlessly wasting time and money on these overnight trips to London

Not with an evening kick-off at Wembley, Fran.

I have to catch a 6am flight to Amsterdam in the morning. Up at 3.30am. Fuck that

I hope you donā€™t get caught in a fran-tic rush at the security queue.

Have a good trip, pal. It was actually regular International Business Travel to Amsterdam which led to me becoming a die hard Ajax supporter and TFKā€™s Eredivisie expert.

Whatā€™s the hotel like Bandage?

Staying in one a few hundred yards from Paddington (not Faganā€™s recommendation) and itā€™s pretty basic, bro. Iā€™m out of here at 5am though so only had a couple of post game drinks. Successful trip all told with some promising contacts forged.

Just buy some glasses FFS.

Cheers, Bandage. Travel safely

Will do, mate.

Lady Captain, Margaret Cunningham, in charge on BA flight back to Dublin. Fucking hell. I should have gone with Ryanair.
