I’ve been struck down with a dental issue so haven’t gotten out since Sunday.

Have matches and training this weekend, will try and get out Monday. Have no distance stuff done the last two weeks so not expecting much

Running a fast 5km in a new pair of runners is a short cut to pain, agony and a few physio bills. Break them in first lads.
Going for a 5 mile gaunt there now to break them in. Sports massage in the late afternoon, spring into action for the sprint on Sunday
