While not wishing to limit your desire to see a few different places, I don’t think you’d get bored with a week in NYC. Hotels can be expensive, especially at weekends, so maybe you could do 3 or 4 nights in a hotel during the week and then stay in Tinnion’s place for the weekend.
The food is very greasy, the tipping system is a pain in the balls, and there are lots of squirrels. Other than that it’s great.
if your just looking for a city break 4 days is a lot anywhere. Prague, Amsterdam, Paris, Biarritz, Stockholm all prob nice enough this time of year and accesibile with ryanair.
7 or 8 days is a lot in New York. What you could do is nip down to Washington on the train for a couple of days
+1. 3days in vegas in plenty. one day to see grand canyon and another to stroll down the strip checking out all casinos/hotels. each one of the latter is a tourist attraction in itself. 4/5 nights in NYC is plenty. boston is a great spot aswell, but far more to see and do in NYC.
I will second the recommendation for Prague, fantastic city around easter time as they have big easter markets and serve up mulled wine and hot buns!!
prague is nice but budapest is very underrated.
I think a poster on here went to Budapest, can’t remember who though
<_<
I believe Appendage got a few digs in a strip club over there alright
I am currently in Limberg and it is a bit of a shithole…Rocko wouldn’t be out of place over here, plenty of his type around the place
Are you an air hostess or something? You seem to always be out foreign.
I believe the correct term is Cabin Crew…
Have to do a nice bit of travelling this year alright, have 7 clients and about 17 facailities that i have to vist at some stage this year…The joys of Heathrow airport and tht surrounding area next week
NYC Hotel recommendations?
Looking to stay around the mid-town area, in the heart of things. Any good value hotels there?
Sounds like your FF connections have got you a job in NAMA
Anyone know what the story is with this ‘new’ pre clearance shit for the States? Just a matter of logging in and confirming what days you will be in the USA?
The ESTA stuff? Or something else?
penslyvennia (bad spelling). its in manhattan, across from madison square garden and next to macys.
how did you get on there?
The sister stayed there before, said it was basic but did the job. It has some shocking reviews on Trip Advisor though.
People only review alot of the time when they are pissed, would take alot of them with a pinch of salt.
its cheap and cheerful but more importantly its a great location.
Kuala Lumpur.
go to the “4 floors of whores”, epic stuff…
Thinly veiled ‘I’m popping the question’ in NYC post imho.
