As was always going to happen, because it’s me, my team got ridiculed so i defended it. Now I’m screeching because I’ve defended the team, which is part of the fun.
I was always fucked on the popular vote, I’m a divider of opinion like davy fitz @eoghanruadha is a lovely nice, simple lad like john meyler.

I really like that midfield battle, two strong midfields going at, and whoever gets the edge there coould win. Barron & Galvin very clever players, good on the ground. Jerry O’Connor excellent rampaging forward, while Lyng just got through mound of work.
@eoghanruadha’s half-back line is very strong; JJ obviously brings a different edge but the other two are very solid, particularly defensively. @anon78624367 has three good workers at half-forward but will they get enough scores?
His real scoring threat is inside and you’d have to say that if Power & Brennan were isolated, they would get scores off that full-back line. But are they getting enough ball to do that damage; because without a healthy supply of possession, I don’t see him getting a whole pile of scores.
Down the other end, Eoghan has the same problem- two marquee forwards and then workers & Luke O’Farrell. I don’t particularly rate Esteban’s half-backs as distributors; very strong in the air but I don’t see any of them getting a handle on DJ tbh. Reale did a job on Kelly a couple of times, and I just don’t see Clancy or LOF getting a whole pile of change from the Rock or Cahill.
I do think the midfield battle will be key. I think I’m going to pussy out and go for a draw.
That’s about the fairest summation of it. An incredibly tight contest.
I’d argue on my side that Barron, Galvin and Curran are all capable of delivering the type of service that Richie and Eddie, the twin terrors, would need to do wrack on that full back line

I have to say, O’Farrell, McCarthy and Clancy in the forwards is never good enough.
I could give it to @eoghanruadha if he had DJ and Kelly both on the inside line, just getting enough scores from his half-back line dominating the slightly more sceptic half-foward line of the two
