This has almost become a cliche now that everything is branded as far right. Is it really though? I think it’s fairly clear what’s right of centre and what’s far right. The lads at the dail the other day are absolutely text book far right. Keep Ireland for the Irish, foreigners are violent rapists, COVID was all a complete scam made up by a cabal of elites etc. The elites want to teach our children about fisting and anal sex to indoctrinate them into a weird sexual cult. There is no such thing as transgender people and they are just weirdo pervert paedophiles.

There are then opinions which would be right of centre of the mainstream establishment thinking. ie Ireland taking in loads of refugees is not a great idea as we don’t have the infrastructure to deal with them and it’s only leading to division in society.
COVID restrictions were over blown and didn’t need to be so draconian and went on too long.
Parents should teach their children about sex education and it shouldn’t be done in school.
Transgender is a real issue for people and they deserve respect but they shouldn’t be allowed play women’s sport.
I don’t think anyone brands the below opinions as far right but there does seem to be a big problem in that very very few politicians seem willing to voice them in public even though hundreds of thousands if not millions of people (a large minority if not almost a majority) agree with them. This seems to me to be a major issue and may not end well for us.

I do think brand has some sort of point about every global crisis a certain cohort of people seem to benefit every time.
