It means that when there’s a wild west of fascist propaganda people believe it because fascist propaganda works when it is allowed to spread unchecked. Same in the 1930’s, same in the 1990s, same in the 2010s, same now.

I’m not sure what that has to do with the confirmed cases of rape by migrants in the tweet posted by that very informed poster. Turning those tragic cases into a form of internet point scoring is very sad.
