According to the schedule RTÉ 2 should be showing Great American Railway Journeys with Michael Portillo travelling between Vancouver and Alaska. Instead Michael is actually from Lucca to Florence. In Italy. Do they even read the tapes they put on.
Budget is too tight.

He went on to Bologna, had a lovely bit of tea and travelled onto Lake Garda for more tae.
Lovely show. My take away was don’t ask for spag bol in Bologna.
