That's it ! everybody in RTE should be executed forthwith

I don’t think your use of dovetail is quite on point there. When in Rome.

more spitting feathers than dovetailing

The BBC are serious operators hovering around for any Irish presenters on pre-contract agreements. It’s always the BBC they cite too, never ITV (where Grainne Seoige had success) or Sky.

Samantha Libreri on Morning Ireland this morning.
“Later we will be talking to the new chief of staff of the Defence Forces, Loo-tenant General Sean Clancy”

Thankfully Dr Gavin Jennings rescued the situation later
“Welcome to Lef-tenant General Sean Clancy”.

I’d imagine you be a brilliant Paul Delaney of Beacon Hill type. We are lucky to have you.

RTEs current affairs flag ship show (Clare Byrne obviously) discussing the perfect toastie.

Dr Jennings ended that interview with a stupid “were you embarassed “ question

It was cringy

Pity it’s not on the TV show where they’d have props to show us what a loaf of bread and a toaster are.

Wonder what jersey / band T-shirt was the good Doctor wearing today

True, I’m a bit lost without the visuals

Its the content their listeners are looking for. Meanwhile over on Virgin Media you had ex rugby player Tommy Bowe putting it up to the minister for public expenditure likes of which would not be seen on RTE. So much so the minister gave Tommy the side eye at the end of the interview.

Fair play to Tommy.

McGrath didn’t expect that, he was probably briefed that Tommy was a right wing.

Is Tommy Bowe right wing ??? What does that mean ???

Ah stop.

The cut of the Minister there. Off white socks and monk strap shoes.

It’s complicated. He was a centre also.
