…all dead at 27. Coincidence?

would be spooky if they all died of natural causes / accidents but some of them committed suicide so maybe it was contrived.

Hmmmmm. I won’t sleep easily until my next birthday so.

Thank god you managed to reach 30 SS…

I’m home free Fitzy. Next milestone is 33, the age of Christ.

Good god, for some reason I thought your 30th was only this year.

At least the hordes won’t be lining up to crucify you.

Just Liam…

Won’t be long now and You’ll be in Nomad territory…

33 is a good age. Only 2 years to go and I’ll be a young whipper snapper in the MSL over-35 league.

My 30th was in 2007 Fitzy. I am 31 now. Do you think I’m ripe for settling down or should I get a few more years out of it, there’s an invisible line where over the course of a few years you gradually turn from eligible catch to saddo. I’d hate to unwittingly stumble over to the wrong side of that line.

Im the same age as you, depends how long your with your missus. Nothing says panic button more than hitting 30 and getting engaged to a bird youv been seeing for 6 months

“This is an obscure backwater full of nerds, obsessives and bored saddos”

“I would class myself in the third category”

Ah but did you not know that it was true love and cause of all their expierence in the “real world” that they knew that it meant to be :frowning:

35 is grand. It’s more like 29.
Late twenties is taken up with Marriage, houses, working, debt and drink.
Then all of a sudden you’re 34 and things have settled down.
So I reckon it goes, 26/27/28/29/35.
How many 35 year olds go to Coppers? More Gulf War babies than Vietnam babies I fear.
Yours in Logic,
GSH.

I reckon the last good age was 24, you were working a few years, still in the college lifestyle, didn’t care about any financial issues, mortgages were something for other people, all down hill then

:frowning:

oppos sorry Rocko. Except in your case man! it was spontaneous

Oh there’ll be none of that jazz dan, it will be a handful of years at least before I get suckered into even talking about that, even if the boss decides to get broody when she hits 30, you’d buy two years out of an engagement these days anyway, that’ll see me free til I’m 35+.

Hoisted by my own petard there Tipptops* it seems, I was a saddo back then granted, but I have turned my life around since (after all I’ve left AFR) and am seeing a young Carla Bruni lookalike these days, my minger days are over.
