Funny story about Eddie, he was the player who broke the back of Steve Coppell at City. Coppell had been there a month or so, amazed at the state of the Club. Then one day he met Eddie in the hallways, asked what he was doing there, Eddie said he was a City player. The Club hadnt even got him down on the books they gave to Coppell. He threw his hat at it and resigned the next day.
