The Barclays Premier League™ 2014/2015
United have been able to get the ball up to the edge of the Chelsea box with minimal ease but are really lacking any kind of incisive or killer ball once there. Chelsea defending deep with ease.

Herrera has been very good so far, a very neat and tidy player. Hazard has barely figured so far
Carrick is a huge loss, Falcao offers nothing, need Rooney up front his wasted in the middle.
Zouma playing midfield with Matic but is man marking Felliani and not giving him an inch. But it means that both Herrera and Rooney have loads of room to play in and neither Fabregas or Drogba have little interest in closing them down. Smalling has carried the ball out of defence and into the Chelsea half a few times unopposed too.

Game is here for United to win
Felliani is being completely negated by him.

Hazard with a very cool finish to put Chelsea one up. Looked to be two clear fouls in the build up, one on Falcao and then Mata on Febregas

Falcao definitely at fault for the goal.

Luke Shaw having a very lively second half here

Kurt Zouma has had a fine game as a midfield destroyer. He is a beast of a young fella

Ironic the cheers his getting from the Chelsea supporters.

Burnley are toast, sad to see

One great play from Chelsea won them the game. United can take a lot from that. They just missed a cutting edge up front.

All is not lost yet for Burnley. They have Leicester at home next week. Its an absolute must win for them though.

Jose made sure Chelsea didn’t lose, understandably so.

Chelsea went out and won the game.

No shit

Red Nev was sure Herrera dived but it looked to me his ankle was took and should have been a peno.

Not a hope, he stuck his right leg out into Cahill. When the person with a “Red” prefix to his name isn’t even claiming it it’s a good sign.

Your comment ‘Jose made sure Chelsea didn’t lose’ suggested that you have been labouring under the illusion that the game had ended as a draw.

To you maybe.
Wikipedia won’t show you that Jose set his team up specifically not to lose the game, ceding 71% possession to a crowd of “flat track bullies” as you like to call them is not a particularly good tactic if you are intent on winning a game. Brendan Rogers should have done the same v Chelsea last season.

7 minute stoppage and counting for an injury to Silva, caught with an elbow to the cheek/temple and while not out cold, looks in a bad way. Can’t even remember who caught him but he got a yellow when it was a stone cold red.

score?
