That Cork team wouldnât win the Killkenny senior hurling championship, FACT.
CusackHas to go, the pandering to him has to stop
Shane MurphyNot even related to IC standard - CadoganIn shocking form, may be burnt out, but at last had a good game with Douglas Friday night - Conor SullSerious operator, should make it
Ray RyanNot good enough - McGannNot good enough - JordanVery good, but needs to bulk up for IC first
JerryClass - CroninRonan Conway from his own club is better, heâs simply not good enough
PaudieMost overrated hurler in Cork, half back or nowhere - Niall Mc Like Niall, but is he the future- Timmy McSame as Niall
Tadhg OgVery good club and Fitz player, doubt heâs up to IC - Fraggy Not that good, his club donât think heâs an inside forward and he rarely plays there at all, wonât do- HoggieToo much expected of him, heâd be a good IC player on a good team, but he wonât carry a team
Overall very worrying. I know there are some serious players to come back, but we could be embarrassed in Thurles. Tipp are young and hungry, if they build a lead they wonât stop.
Iâd largely agree, I would prefer to see Fraggie at midfield then anywhere else.
Anyone see the Sunday Game last night where Cyril Farrell basically said that the open draw for the Leinster semi finals would be rigged to ensure Kilkenny and Galway are kept apart.
Tipperary injury problems have started to mount ahead of the Cork match next weekend. Shane Maher, Conor o Mahony and Eoin Kelly all doubtful starters.
Whats wrong with OâMahony? I wasnât expecting Kelly to be fit anyway. Would Shane Maher be considered a starter? Iâd have thought heâd be easily replaced.
You canât beat the poor mouth, tipp are far from the finished article and are short a midfield partner for Mcgrath and they have 3 or 4 very hot and cold forwards, Tipp should have enough to beat Cork but it is far from a foregone conclusion
I have friends in Tipp very close to the set up, and generally their form is a good barometer of whats going on with the Tipp squad. They were very very cocky till recently, this week in fact. The murmours of things going well in Cork have shook them a little, but they are still very confident.
These young Tipp fellas get cocky very easily and iâm hoping for some of that, along with a few new things going right for Cork. I can see us dominating Midfield.
There is no spread for this lasd is there? I just saw Tipp 1/2, Cork 15/8.

Heard Cork(+3) 11/10 I think? Generous I would have thought.
The young guys have apparently upped it a little, and i would say they are more up for this year than last, but Tipp are probably better, although without the 3 players mentioned above youâd wonder are they. Cork picked an awful team last year, that canât be forgotten either.
Me going on sunday depends on the selection, namely one selection, if Paudie o Sullivan is playing corner forward i ainât budging. Or if Gardiner is full back for that matter.
From top class source today i heard the real reason Brian Murphy has stayed away this year is due to Donal Og not retiring. Apparently his migranes are no worse than anytime before, he just doesbnât want to play with Cusack. I admire him for sticking to his guns on the matter if true.
Jesus i just thought, wouldnât it be great if Bride and Cloyne met in the championship. TIMBER:D
Laois V Galway this Sunday should be a cracker. In normal circumstances a straightforward Laois win would be expected but with Zane Keenan, Tommy Fitzgerald and probably James Young out injured there may be some hope for the Tribesmen. Iâm not sure if Paddy Mullaney is injured but he didnât play much of the league so he could be rusty if he does play. With Joe Fitzpatrick, John OâLoughlin, Philip Russell, Cahir Healy and Conor Dunne also absent itâll almost be a Laois âBâ team on display. Should be a good one.
