really depends on what you are looking, a leafy suburb or a thriving spot in the centre of town, ranelagh has a good mix of both i think. howth is a good spot but the village needs a revamp in my opinion. malahide is a good spot also except their cricket ground is rubbish. putting all obvious loyalties aside i think clontarf is a good spot also.

Drove through it once. Wouldn’t be the worst place on this island IMO.
Longford is not the worst at all. I’ve had cause to stay there before.
