Take off the boost pipe going into the intercooler and see if there’s oil in there that would run out onto the floor. A thin film is grand, anything more and your turbo might be on the way out.
That’s a straight forward job from underneath, whip down the stone tray and it should be inside the front bumper, drivers side. 3 inch pipe or thereabouts.

Herselfs has broken. She’s being quoted six hundred quid for a new one. I was told on a previous car not to bother getting it replaced by the mechanic (it fell off on the M74 wan night near Glasgow)
Vital no. Keep things clean and protected, keep the road roar down, yes. Mine is currently off but it’s going back on.
Her car is like a dodgem anyway, so I’ll probably leave it off.
Might be all the more reason to put it back on…
