The Cancer Thread

Shite, very sorry to hear that. Wishing your Dad the best in his battle.

From my experience it’s best to talk to friends and family. It isn’t easy seeing a parent laid up.

Fingers crossed it all works out anyway.

Ah shite mate, sorry to hear that. Best to your Dad and you.

Sorry to hear that pal. Hopefully they got it early.

Sorry to hear that. Of course you’re shook. Who wouldn’t be. Best wishes for the road ahead. Sometimes, perversely, having an unexpected problem thrust on a loved one can focus the mind on what’s important and what’s not. A sort of unwanted opportunity to re-evaluate.

Not news you welcome but hopefully given his form and early detection he’ll defeat this malevolent bastard. My best wishes to you all…Stay strong.

Im really sorry to hear that batigol. Shitty news. May he fight like a fucker and beat the bastard

Sorry to hear that, best wishes to your Father yourself and the family

Hopefully his good physical condition will help

Best of luck @Batigol

A cunt of a thing. It really is. However it does draw a family together and that can have its moments, mostly good.

Both of my wife’s parents are in their early to mid 70’s and alive and kicking.

I remind her all the time how lucky she is.
