Additional Info: I was wheeling herself across the concourse with 2 of our grand-daughters when the eldest asked me ā€œWhereā€™s the circusā€ accompanied by a heavy nudge. Looking around swiftly, I spied the spotee in the company of a lady whom I assumed was his wife speering into the window of a jewellery shop (closing down sale the attraction).
I all but exploded with mirth - here on a normal Sunday is this ā€œcharacterā€ in full clown regalia going about his business.Undaunted I ventured a casual "conas Ć” tĆ” tĆŗ a chara to be met with a stuttering ā€œgo maithā€ā€¦

Such was the ridiculous nature of the occasion I carried on with my activities.
