He’s lucky that’s the last month of the year then
Ah jaysus kid. Would you stop.
Interesting fagan, prob not a spring horse
It’s a bit like Waterford fagan, they never win past August
I’m all in on Bertie’s dream …
Banter!
Cheltenham brings out the best in some people like Laz, and the worst in some like KC. He’ll probably be talking about Dunguib as the first 13 year old to win the Arkle before long
My selections for today
1.30 Aupcharlie 5/1
2.05 Jetson 9/1
2.40 First Lieutenant 5/2
3.15 Smad Place 11/1
4.00 No bet
4.40 Prince of Pirates 11/1
5.15 Any Currency 12/1
Today is First Lieutenant day it’ll make or break the day.
I’ve a monster accum rolling onto bostons angel from Tuesday and I can’t afford to lay him at any meaningful level at the 8’s plus he is on betfair so anyone who has any fancies post them up and I’ll hedge myself that way
1.30 - Irish novice form looks solid. Going against the grain and going for Texas Jack & Marito
2.05 - Jetson & Hada Men
2.40 - First Lieutenant should win but I’m backing Champion Court ew
3.20 - Smad Place to go with my Bog Warrior AP bet
4.00 - place bets on Divers, Fingeronthepulse and Casey Top
4.40 - Chartreux
5.15 - Leac an Scaill
5.45 - am serious here as well! Sally Ann Grassick the only one apparently who resembles a jockey. If she has a half decent horse under her she should win doing handstands. Don’t bet on it unless you’re desperate!
Good luck to all.
Have a few small e/w bets on Tartak, Casey Top, Bertie’s Dream and Sacree Tipey.
Captain Conan, Jetson, Solwit and Divers are others i’ve had nibbles on.
Local word is that Solwhit is well fancied. I don’t fancy him myself but will probably have a small few quid on him just in case!
I’d fancy him to run a big one myself and have backed him e/w. Byrnes will have him bang on, whether he has the ability over the trip is another story.
All over First Lieutenant.
I’ve also backed Shutthefrontdoor e/w, a fairly tentative selection at the price but I’ve backed him a few times and I’m slow to leave my money off him today!
Haven’t give the other handicaps much consideration.
I have a bet on Outlaw Pete carrying over from Tuesday.
Did the usual few long odds accums as well for the craic.
I have only two bets for the Festival, First Lieutenant today and Sir Des Champs tomorrow
getmeoutofhere is another who could run a big race.
That world hurdle is wide open.
I followed the ones Mac put up last night and went for Jetson to win, Texas Jack to win, Chartreau e/w, Leac an Scail e/w and a treble of Jetson, Texas Jack and Arabella boy-didn’t realise he was running in the same race as Leac an Scail and had him backed since Monday. o_O H’on Mac!
I am aboard the Solwith bandwagon myself gents:)

Make Your Mark is in the Conditional race tomorrow and available at 16s with VC. Would expect him to go off at closer to 8s. Get on now if you can. 14s available too still
Marito is steaming in, punters not going to let another Ruby come in at a high price? Or a genuine punt? I’ve had a small bit
