Weâve a 2nd birthday tomorrow.
Went with the safe option of getting her 6 bottles of guinness that Iâll take car of until sheâs 18.

Bike shop in Jetland has these. My wan is on a smaller Raleigh cos sheâs short although sheâs due an upgrade. Youâd often see them on Adverts too. You should get one for about half the price of the Frog and Youâd want your head examined to be spending any more on a 7 year old.
The Raleigh are a lovely light bike for kids.

Second hand kids bikes are a grand way to save money, bikes arenât used as heavily as the old days and theyâre generally stored in luxury

You can get a Frog 53 bike up here for about ÂŁ350, itâs a lot of money for a kids bike but if you have others following it might make sense.
We took the little lad to see Bluey in the Olympia earlier. His birthday is coming up.
Basically a puppet show for 50 minutes.
It was good. It would want to be for 45 quid each!
Obligatory snacks and merchandise in your face too. Some gimic.

My lad likes certain songs in the car.
This means use of the voice recognition search function.
Yesterday morning Mammy was with us going to the crèche and tried the voice recognition but it didnât work. I tried it and it worked.
This morning with just me I reminded himself that it didnât work yesterday.
âIt didnât work for Mammy, but it worked for you. You know why that is? Because youâre very tall!!â
