The Death of the GGA

I suppose when you look at the Micko documentary and the way that the GAA is so interwoven into Irish life you begin to understand why the GAA will never die.

The report states: “It is clear from the responses which were submitted by clubs via the Questionnaire that perhaps as many as ten clubs may cease to exist in ten years, or less in some cases.

Tick tock, tick tock.

You should try exploring your roots mate.

I should

It’s no surprise that the GGA is dying in Laois when you see 15 year old kids getting maimed in senior hurling matches.

Agreed. The GAA should be ashamed of themselves.

Ah stop ta fuck, young lads have been getting maimed on Laois GGA fields for decades at this stage.

Its the GAA way.

The Tipp footballers would be a far more relaxed setup. They’d be on the beer regularly enough

I watched cork train tonight. Utterly depressing

Hurlers or footballers

It isn’t. Depends on your definition of regularly enough mind you

Tell on. Why?

I’d imagine Meyler is old school.

Footballers.

Drills drills drills.

Extremely quite, no buzz. Never a good sign. Ayers looked laboured and a bit uninterested.
Couple of players refused being called up.

Which supports views above.
