Had great craic with a rake of Roasters. We were flat out playing the guitar with our legs and hopping off each other. Although maybe I’m the real roaster.

The Saw Doctors kept referring to the venue as Musgrave Park and not its current sponsors which was a nice touch.

Years since I been to one but the craic, as they say, is 90. Similar vibes to a mosh pit but absolute rednecks vibin. Good for the soul.

They were the highlight of Electric Picnic last year for me. Better craic than The Wolfe Tones. Although the Tones at Musgrave Park this time last year was one of the best gigs I’ve ever been to.

Creatine is very good for fellas, especially as their natural testosterone slows down.

I never found it much good for sleep or mood though

Thankfully haven’t every suffered but I have begun to take it regularly every morning and it seems a great job for concentration and clarity.

Exercise is key to everything, if I go 3 days without and being a slob my own mood decreases.

There are days when going for a walk can be a bit much

Acceptance is huge,

If you can accept the situation that is bothering you. Not always easy.
