I believe the meaning of life is to be kind.
That is it. You are kind to others In real life. I don’t think there is any other thing which gives your life meaning.

Two different people who regularly go at each throats on here, like proper insults, sent good wishes to me after my post.

It goes to show that we are not so different after all.

To live is to suffer, and to survive is to find meaning in the suffering.

This is it…real life is tough enough without taking the INTERNET so seriously

We could learn a lot from you, we’d rarely see you get embroiled in online warfare.

There’s two types of creatine… one if overloaded is bad for your kidneys. You’re supposed to cycle that one.

Monohydrate is perfectly safe .

Organic monohydrate is even better, it can reverse a receding hairline for lads in their mid to late 40’s

@farmerinthecity, I wish you the best, i hope it’s temporary. I don’t really have any advice except try to cut down how long you spend online.

But I’ll pass on an experience I had today, this is probably a bit airy fairy.
We were dropping a child at Irish college in West Kerry and stopped off at Ventry for a swim, there was a sauna so myself and the missus booked in as a treat seeing as we were alone,
Anyway it was very nice and it was a lovely group, we were all chatting away and one lad who was alone told us that he was suffering with depression, nothing major but sounded a bit like what you said earlier,
Anyway he said the sauna is a great help, he does it once a week and he feels great afterwards, always gets a great nights sleep.said he wouldn’t miss it.
I didn’t really get the details beyond that and it’s not a recommendation as such but it’s his experience I guess. Probably seems silly :man_shrugging:

Anyway best wishes,

Would you say then that your first post, telling us creatine is beyond safe, was horseshit so?

No. Because in that first post i specifically said monohydrate .

Anyway, tomorrow is another day and you can go again.

Stop bringing disharmony to the depression thread please.

Exercise and clean air are two of the best anti depressants going. Due to work demands and a few personal events I haven’t set foot in a gym in about 2 weeks. And I can feel my mood worsening. And to make it worse, an almighty piss up for the Saw Doctors last night followed by as bad a hangover I’ve had in years has me shook in every way. I’ve the gym bag packed and thrun into the car. Be back on the horse again please God.
