Well folks, I’ve just been released back into the wild after 11 days in the psychiatric ward of UCHG, which is a few days earlier than I expected or probably wanted (pressure on beds I’d say), but I get to see a bit of the darts tonight, and most importantly I’m alive, which for a few minutes on the afternoon of the 23rd was seriously in doubt, so it’s all good.

Now to find my phone, which is out of battery and has gone missing.

I’m going OK. To be honest it wasn’t nearly as bad as I was fearing and after an initial shock to the system I was sorry to leave it in the end as I grew close to a lot of people from a wide variety of backgrounds in there. It’s being at home again with internet access that I’d fear.
