Anyone get a battery refurbished? Is it worth it and how long does it take? Would they just swap them out for one they already have or what?

This sums up the profile I’d assign to most Tesla drivers to be fair

What utter hardship. Plan everything around charging points and finding charging points.

My pal needs to get a leaf with a 90km range back to Galway from Dublin.
Setting aside the set fire to it and buy a diesel type posts, what kind of charging app is the best?
The other option is just have it transported.
The vendor has kindly offered to meet my pal in kinnegad with the car, but getting to kinnegad from Galway is a pain in the hole tbh.

Download A Better Route Planner app.

Set up the journey and the max range as 90km and that will advise on where to stop on the way (or try to anyway).

Then a slow drive and I’d say there are enough charging points to do it alright.

I’d say EasyGo and ecars apps but the ABRP app should say which chargers it is suggesting for the route

Thanks mate. That’s very helpful. Its just a daily runaround car. Electric cars are the business.

I hope your pal got a fantastic deal on the worn out Leaf

Or go the old cross country road. 80-100 is the optimal speed.
