The Fairy Kingdom of East Galway

In response to the Nogra factions constant denigrating of East Galway, it’s time to start a thread to counteract this. When an area is responsible for the giving us the modern game of hurling and is so favoured by the little people, it’s merits and charms need to be advertised.

Now that you mention it Joe Canning did a fair impression of a fairy last sunday rolling around the ground with a pretend sore leg.

So quick witted, you really are a TFK star :star_struck:

Going east or going west?

Whest.

Seconded.

Now there is a surprise. I take it as a compliment that two of the biggest imbeciles on TFK made such haste to disapprove.

I assume you mean nogra?

Kiltartan and Kilmacduagh since consumed by Gort, kilchreest and peterswell amalgamated into the all Ireland runners up, you’d also include maree, possibly oranmore, craughwell village would be in,the more eastern areas debatable. Most traditional pubs where the music and talk stops and everyone stares at a stranger walking in have detailed maps of it on the walls

Nogra. Correct.

Nogra headquarters.
