This may be common knowledge, but I only got it last night.
Bob Ryan got the Electrical Contract for the lighting of the Pair. He then sub contracted that to Seanie McGrath.

They were not on other parts of project. Sure they knocked the old one without EU permission to use their funds ffs.

It’s rumoured the reason Frank stayed on with a few others is Coveney is tied up with housing and Brexit etc. Apparently he wants to take them down.
