Virgin busting RTE’s hymen there.

Farce really.

Rugby still ridiculously popular. I used to watch a good bit of rugby but all TFK grandstanding apart I’d have hardly known those games were on let alone who won them. The autumn nations Cup ffs.

The Autumn Nations Cup very nearly on a par with a must win soccer qualifier

This is rugby country

The NZ game figures don’t include people who watched the game on C4 because they found Hugh Cahill and Donal Lenihan unbearable. So you could probably add about 2 or 3 hundred thousand to the viewing figures for that game.

Same for those (granted probably less numbers) who can’t handle Ronnie Whelan and turned in sky

Hugh Cahill is poor

That’s good going for what is basically free content for them

Yes I’d say these Saturday night club games are drawing far higher figures than whatever dross RTE2 used to show in this slot

Incredible. And I’d say a few of the Na Fianna fans even got to get the last few minutes after heading away at HT in ET.

Great figures for the GGA there. Do TG4 ever release their viewing figures for club matches?

The official figures don’t include the savvy IPTV users.
