Bloating and gas basically
I’d a fine gut feed there. Some prawns and smoked salmon with a heap of fresb coriander, red cabbage sauerkraut and mrs J’s christmas pickle of cucumber and onion. And sprouts cooked in hamwater. Delicious. And i can feel my gut thanking me.
