anyone suffer from severe grating in the knee join when they bend it. ever since i wrecked my knee last year its been grating with every step i take. this causes stiffness particularly when heading up flights of stairs or jogging.
Its possible that your ITB is the problem. it runs along out side of your leg from your hip down to your knee. very often a sore knee may be symtomatic of a tight ITB. A foam roller is great for stretching this.

Iād cut the fat off some rashers, use a steak knife to open up the knee. Stuff in the rasher fat and then stitch it up again.

Have this issue with my knee since my late teens, feels like a puffiness/dull ache at the back of the knee. Tis cartilidge alright. Just man up like kid said. Normally only really flares up on me if I go running after a few weeks of inactivity or normally when the ground hardens in the summer
exactly, stop feeling sorry for yourself and get the fcuk back out there, grating in your knee is fine, its when it moves to your head you seek help

Get yourself off spinning. Strengthens the calves and quads and should take a bit of strain off the knees along with helping to blow out the dirty diesel

Classes, normally around 45 minutes long and tough going for the first couple of weeks til the legs get used to them but they seriously strengthen them. I am lording it on the hand ball and badminton courts these days
less beer and food and plenty running.
If you want to do proper pre-season training itād be good to get the diet sorted anyway. Are you doing strength training as well or are you just looking to cut weight? Big difference in the diet depending on which you want.

I cleaned up the diet a good bit as dairy causes a fair bit of mucous production. I think alcohol doesnāt help the cause eitherā¦ Which might have been the problem the last day. 2 glasses of red wine before bed the night before.
