A sip of water will cure a dry cough. Donā€™t forget to mix in some sand and cement though.

No thanks to Runt my chest infection worsened as the week progressed and rendered me inactive this weekend. Added even more insult to injury that we were well beaten today without me in the side

Lads, is it normal to get spasms in your arches when sleeping or stretching. Iā€™ve had these for a few years but very intermittently, in the last year or so they are occurring with more regularity, I usually end up having to stand up and plant the foot flat on the ground with all my weight. Do I need insoles or is this a common ailment?

Do you wear high heels?

No.

I get that all the time. No idea why. Iā€™d be pushing the hot water bottle down the bed and Iā€™d get the most awful cramps in the soles of my foot and have to get out of bed and stand on it, as you say, with full weight.

Ever get cramps in your toes? I get them the odd time during sporting activity. Annoying as fuck.

That is most likely something consigned to hobbits, Runt.

I think I have what I hope is a cold sore starting to form at the side of my mouth. Any quick or effective ways to get rid of one of these

salt and lemon juice rubbed into it

Aftershave. Kills it stone dead. And try washing your hands every now and again.

Thank mate, should I make a paste with the two?
