It going in by itself and back out again as quick from what I can feel. If I could access it Iā€™d stick a weld on it.

Christina Gallaghers house of prayer is the next logical move.

How would he stop it from popping back out?

Itā€™s obviously not going back in properly. Heā€™d put in proper. Good and proper.

Possibly at this stage youā€™ve made shit of ligament and muscle that is supposed to be holding the rib in, so you are probably fucked and would need to immobilise it somehow to give the muscle a chance to heal.

Does he have his certs etc hanging on the wall?

Are a drinking tonight, your posts are unusually sloppy

I donā€™t know mate, Iā€™ve never been there.

Fuck you Francis.

Wish you a speedy recovery, mate. Youā€™ve been an absolute rock any time Iā€™ve been struggling with injury and Iā€™m saddened to read about your problem.

Anyone else suffer from regular back pain? Iā€™ve had discomfort and tightness in upper back/lower neck for some time now but in past few weeks and days in particular itā€™s got particularly worse. Only relief i get is when lying down flat. Sitting and standing both uncomfortable. The discomfort and tightness is specifically located in between the shoulder blades moving up to just before the neck bone.

Luckily itā€™s not a searing pain but itā€™s limiting me from doing things iā€™d like to do to full potential like playing sports and exercising. Go hard or go home etc. I wonder if itā€™s something to do with discs, a damaged vertebrae or a trapped nerve. I have trouble straightening myself out at the moment. I played a game of squash with former poster @The Dunph this evening, normally i beat him handy, he might grab one game in four but tonight he beat me comprehensively on a scoreline of 9-3. So that is the final confirmation as if it was needed that i need help. Any suggestions? Have taken three painkillers tonight and thinking of going to the doctor tomorrow. Have never had physio in my life.

Thereā€™s a dog trainer out in East Limerick I believe is also a bit of a quack, or you could go to butchers in Rathkeale. Either of those lads should either be able to sort you out (or leave you crippled for life).

Just noticed a spot on my barse.:(Fml

Research showing a lot of illnesses caused by inflammation

ā€˜Even diseases which we have traditionally thought of as degenerative, such as dementia, are turning out to have a major inflammatory component,ā€™ says Professor Paul Morgan, an immunologist at Cardiff University.

Take a low dose of aspirin every day is one of the best things you can do - if aspirin was invented now it would cost a fortune
Add pycnogenol to the mix

In other news

Saw a Ted talk about sleep - brain has no lymph system so sleep is used to basically flush all the toxins out of the brain every night - if you want to be crushing it and keep your brain at maximum capacity you need to allow it to flush out those toxins - helps prevent degenerative brain conditions too

youā€™ve got warts

Fuck my lifeā€¦ I used to go to a physical therapist to get my dry needling done, by machine. I went to a physio today and he said that I will need some dry needling done and I thought, no botherā€¦ the fucker does it manually tho, jabbing the thing in good and proper. He got right into my hamstring at one stage and the thing was jumping goodo and he was giving it ā€™ oh, that was a big oneā€™ - I just let out a roar calling him a fucker and the sweat pumping out of myā€¦ christ it was brutal stuff.
