Youāll be told to foam rollā¦ But you could go sports massage tooā¦ Iāve a serious deep trigger/knot in my glute that I canāt get rid of but no one here gives a fuck.
Have you tried foam rolling?
Foam rolling not very effective for the calves I find. Hard to get proper pressure applied.
A full leg massage might be in order. Thanks mate

Jesus KP I doubt anyone here knows more about calves than you.

Yeah, a good sports massage, palā¦ Not just a regular massageā¦ They should work out any hip/glute/general stiffness too.
A session of acupuncture would have the knots out quick enough either if that was an option

Iām booked in for some dry needling.
Reckon I fractured rib(s) Today after taking a belt of a hurl to the left breast area.
Fucking painful to cough. Hardly worth going to A&E with. Been there before and rest it all that will do.
Championship in a week. Realistic? Anything is possible on diaphine I suppose.

Turns out its a āpopped ribāā¦ and its still popping away.
Coughing is grand. Sneezing feels like getting a kick from a horse. A tried a HIIT session yesterday and abandoned.
Any of ye ever have this?

No. Doubt youāll be able for Championship lad.
Yeah your right. Diaphine will kill the pain but I assume running into tackles with a popped rib is probably bad for ones health.
Oh well.

You need to be thinking of winning the war here, not the battle.
@Kinvaraās Passion can you not get a chiropractor (or rib equivalent) to pop it securely back into place?
