 to an extent? means I am not completley slating his rushing game. I already said, as a rushing QB, he is not in the same class as the elite rushing QBs. His overall game isnt up to much. Thats the point. He isnt supposed to be qualtiy as a running back. If he had the throwing ability then the rushing ability would be a good compliment to go with it. It should be throwing first, running second. His running isnt good enough to be soley reliant on it.
Despite the fact that it got the Broncos to a six-game winning streak.
The point I was making was there were still questions over Brady when he was âalmostâ the same age and he turned it around and by the end of that season to win MVP and a Superbowl.
Cut the guy some slack Gman. Just 'cos you hate Jesus is no reason to question his favourite QB.

with regards to Tebows rushing winning 6 games? a lto of other things happened that were more vital than his rushing to win. As I said, credit him for being able to do it and get the wins when it counts, but its just the media hype over him is leaving a lot of factors out.
Iâm not sure there were questions over Brady to be honest. Brady was the 7th QB picked and no. 199 overall, so not only did he not have the hype, he also produced pretty much as soon as he was put in. But in fairness, its not an equal comparision, and I relly wouldnt want to have a debate that was comparing Brady to Tebow. Everything about their situations and ability are different, and comparing one of the all time greats to a second year player who isnt of the typical QB mould isnt relly fair to be putting on Tebow.
Would I be right in saying a lot of small things happened in some of the games that could be classed as âluckyâ that Tebow was able to take advantage of? For example, the Chicago lad running out of bounds in that video rather than going down in play to run the clock down? Iâm not sure if anything similar happened in the other games but you canât give Tebow the full credit when things like that happened.
Some of his decision making on Sunday night seemed a little off. As Gman said, once Pats figured him out he didnât really have a plan b. It was summed up by some of the ground he lost in the 3rd and 4th qtrs. Iâm sure thereâs a lot of improvement in the guy and heâll go onto be a great player and itâs good for the game to have someone for people to hype up and attract in people who normally wouldnât watch it. But against the stronger teams, I imagine his limitations will continue to be exploited.
I will love it if we beat them.
[quote=âGman, post: 560415â]As MBB, I dont think it is put on. He seems to be totally like that, and has been the whole way through college as well. you wont find anyone who met him to have a bad word to say about him, that he takes time to meet his fans and remembers them if he met them before, like the case with the kid at that Bears game. His religious shite is way OTT, but I think Iâd prefer that he is a decent guy compared to other players who are big drug dealers for example. (Hurd with Chicago getting done this week)
Niners have a serious defence alright. The new coach this year is a brother of the Ravens coach, so both from the same mould and defence is a huge key to their games. Niners could shock the Saints or Packers yet.

Yeah I think youâd mentioned before 49ers would put a serious test on Packers alright. Putting scores on the board could be the problem for them though.
I think Tebow is very much like that alright but I still think he may have put on a few things as he was miked up. Remembering that kidâs name was a set up surely.
from all accounts of him, he is like that the whole time, literally all Jesus and all nice. never has a bad thing to say and is always doing the right things. just a couple of things from him that I read over the years when he was in college and that:

Question Tim Tebowâs arm if you wish, but hereâs a video that suggests he just might be the ultimate wingman. At an autograph session in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Tebow helped fan Ian Lis propose to Sarah Springer. The You Tube chatter says Tebow kept Lisâ engagement ring in his pocket for 45 minutes, waiting for the couple to make its way through the line.

Tim Tebow is a nice young man. Every father should want their daughter to marry him but a general manager should know better. A team should know better. The Broncos demonstrated they know little about the draft by picking Tebow with the 25th pick overall.

He sometimes uses the word âfreakâ as a euphemism for the F-bomb because he doesnât curse.

Tebow has also made missionary trips to Croatia and Thailand, working with underprivileged youth and visiting hospitals and prisons.
While the skeptical wonder if a guy really can be this good, Mrs. Gauran has no doubts.
âHeâs a great preacher,â she said. âPeople just listen to him.â
havent checked on google, but I would be suprised if there was anyone with a bad thing to say about him. I first saw him 3 or 4 years ago playing for Florida gators and he did an interview after teh game and the usual âI want to thank my lord and saviour Jesus Christâ as soon as the game was over, and I thought here we go. but this lad really does believe it and is by all acconts how he seems. Heâll always get haters, especially given how outspoken he is about Christianity, but he seems a decent guy, regardless of how he plays.
cant remember if I posted this here or not. For Croppy.
Tebow is a genius.
dont have to be a great qb to win chsips, look at terry bradshaw (shite), phil simms also a shiteâŚgive tebow some time and heâll put the broncos in serious contention.
what are his stats like for turnovers?
Aaron Rodgers seems to have picked up one thing from Favre anyway, being a messer.
Site dedicated to his photobombing. Some of them better than others
Iâve a feeling those disrespectful cuntish Colts fans who went out and bought Luck uniforms might end up looking very very stupid.
They should be ashamed of themselves.
God Bless Peyton, canât wait to see him back next year.
What an evening ahead. Jets are going doooooooownâŚ
Oh yes. Here we go. The Super Bowl charge starts here for Big Blue.
Letâs get it on!..
Unfortunately I have to go mass soon so will miss some of this.
Great TD by Cruz to get the giants in front. The TD from Simpson from the bengals was unreal though. sommersaulted over a player to get into the endzone and landed on his feet.
some score here.

Petersen after getting a serious injury apparently.
See you next year Rex.
Bad night for Bandage. Giants win puts the Eagles out and more or less puts Jets out.
Tebow is having an absolute nightmare in Buffalo. Tebow time has turned into 2 pick 6âs in the fourth quarter.
