Start in Kinvara. Work your way down. If you havent been to linnanes in new quay it’s worth a stop if a little slow.

Id recommend the seafood pub in New Quay too if up around kinvara/ballyvaughan. Incredible.

Anchor Inn - liscannor mick. Lovely pub grub. Should be plenty room too as they built on a few years ago.
If you want some fun with kids etc id genuinely recommend the aqau park in Kilrush marina. It’s like doing the tv show wipe out, I never realised how unfit I was last summer until I did it. Was there last week too. Probably bit far down for you though at this stage

If you want somewhere a bit quieter I’d recommended White Strand in Doonbeg, lovely sheltered beach on the south of the bay. You could get a decent feed in Tubridy’s and then work your way north around the coast by Fanore, Ballyvaughan and Kinvara and back onto the motorway at Gort
