Game changer for this poll. I always maintained she didn’t belong in this league of uber cunts in any case.
Bollocks. The facts of it are that the grieving woman asked for privacy. Regardless of what O’Reilly did or didn’t say she still showed up on her doorstep 1 week after she lost those closest to her. The arrangement for people to take kids is a load of old codswallop too. What would have to go through someones mind for them to bring their own kids into the home of someone who has just lost her own. She’s an evil vindictive cunt and no piece of opinionated journalism will change that.

No she isn’t. She made a serious but foolish mistake. She clearly thought better of it afterward. It’s hard when the pressure is on from above. She is not a serial defrauder. She has no place in this poll.

She had ample time to pull out of it if she really wanted. She could have concocted a flat tyre on the journey. Used the fact she couldn’t get someone to mind the kids. Fuck, she could have even pretended she knocked on the door and no-one was home. But no, she went through with it to get her name on a scoop. She could have just let someone else take the story if she really thought it was morally wrong.
But she didn’t.

Did she record the woman without her knowledge?
Did she bring her children up there with her? (Her claims of not being able to drop them off as intended is laughable)
Did he take said recordings back and transcribe them, fully in the knowledge that they were recorded illicitly?
Again I draw attention to the fact that the hacks in a rag like the IDM won’t even tolerate her. And yet we’re expected to believe this puff piece from this cunt?

Horseshit Flatty. Utter fucking bollocks. We either have personal choice in this work, or we have nothing. She gatecrashed a fucking tragedy for her own ends. Was there a gun to her head? Was there fuck. She stood there, and listened as that poor woman told of her fucking utter despair and grief, then got in a car with her own two kids, drove all the way back to Dublin, and unaffected, wrote her fucking piece and submitted it.
Thats no human being. None whatsoever. And a mother to boot. Fucking hell.
She is a serious and respected journalist who made an error of judgment, a very serious one. Had second thoughts but was overruled by her superiors. I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt here.

She was sent by her boss to do a job. She did it, however distasteful. I’d put her actions that day on par with a car clamper. Let’s assume that the story about her kids was true. Now, fwiw, it is a seriously oddball thing to do, to bring your children to a private family place of grief, (I’d not have ever done such a thing) but it was a one off stupid mistake, which doesn’t appear to have sat well with her. It’s unedifying in the extreme, but it may be less so as it may to a large extent be simply a product of the environment she works in, and how she was taught.
She has been pilloried enough in my opinion.

Easy to say as an experienced person. I never heard of her before, but she may be relatively new to that field of reporting, or taught badly. I don’t know.
I do know that in my job, there are plenty of things I do differently now that I’ve been around the block.

She was a fucking journalist. She lied and cheated to get the inner thoughts of a grief stricken woman. And then splashed them all over a fucking newspaper. She’s a fucking cunt and I hope she wakes up thinking of what she did to that woman ever day of her life.

He has clearly decided that this is his shot at an INTERNET victory so that he can go around crowing online like an INTERNET BILLY BIG BALLS about he got his nominee through as COTY. I can’t be bothered looking it up, but I suspect she had never encountered that situation before, and just did it all wrong.
I encounter work situations that I’ve never encountered before. It’s easy to panic.
The whole thing is odd and unedifying, but I can’t help but think her behaviour was partly conditioned by her environment. It’s easy to judge from outside.
