Brilliant.
Tough way to lose a gameâŚ
One of the all time classics according to TG4 and my limited grasp of Irish
3-22 to 1-27
Outstanding Entertainment.
The two Kerins will be given the freedom of Kilcolgan, Rovehagh, and parts of Maree after this encounter. The full back must be in some state today, I feel sorry for the poor fucker, at that stage in the game your hands are half numb with tiredness and touch starts to falter.
Still, If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs⌠yours is the Earth and everything thatâs in it!
Hard to believe we beat them in last years Championship!
They did South Galway proud yesterday.
That was the game of the century yesterday-savage stuff.
It would be joy to play in the Clarinbridge forward line-passes from your team mates at the back/midfield are nearly always into space.
At the start of the game, I think DLS went 4-0 up and I was wondering how the hell Portumna were beaten by this crowd.
Kevin Moran was immense for DLS and was given man of the match. Close one but I would have given it to Alan Kerins.
Oâloughlin Gaels and Loughgiel Shamrocks was a very poor game. OLG went through the motions and won easy in the end. Shamrocks were embarrassing at times, players easily hooked, 2 or 3 attempts a lot of the time to pick up the ball.
Galway side are surely the favourites now.
Lougrea beat Port Pikeman. Epic stuff from the Bridge yesterday
Explains that.
Read an interesting stat on another forum earlierâŚIn 7 meetings this decade, a Munster club has yet to beat the Galway championsâŚAnd the Galway sides have won 11 of the last 13 encounters
Spare a thought for hangblah and his hangover this morning

Bumpy bump.
That just illustrates the superiority of Galway hurling.
De La Salle properly fucked it away at the end. The big clearances straight to Clarinbridge at the end were suicidal. Had they made an effort to retain the ball, or at least driven it out over the sideline to waste time theyâd have got over the line. Some way to lose a game. Incredible stuff.
I understand that TG$ wonât be showing the Fitzgibbon Cup final live this weekend like they have in recent years due to election coverage
What do lads reckon on the club football semi finals on SaturdayâŚsurely Nemo will have too much for BridgetsâŚWhile I shall be having a cut of Kilmacud at 4/6 against the boys from bandit country
Thatâs a sickener. Youâd think they might be capable of broadcasting it online at least.
Read somewhere that all the outside broadcast units are unavailable due to the election, so presume that they will just have the one camera and highlights on monday night
A pity. A UL-LIT final would be an epic encounter.
They met in the final in 2005âŚThink LIT hosed up the same day, they were hosting that year, final was in the Gaelic Grounds
Nemo should have too much for Brigidâs alright, probably Brigidâs best ever team but youâd think Nemo would be able for them. Wouldnât be shocked if the Rossies won though. Nemo by 2.
Kilmacud and Cross is hard to call. Obviously Iâll be shouting for my local team here against the bandits-A repeat of the all-ireland final a couple of years ago when Crokes took them apart. Paul Griffin could be back too after a lengthy lay off.
Crokes by 4.
Nemo & Crokes both to beat the spreads on a double is the bet this weekend.
