Iām the guy who got myself back playing, not some fantasist who took to some charlatan industry in his 30s and in a couple of years proclaims himself to be the leading light in that industry. You havenāt a clue, you only offer bluster and bravado and return absolutely nothing of substance.
Thatās your word and given some of the outlandish lies you have published on here, it holds little weight.
I was an ever present this season - appearing in every minute of all 13 games. Iād benchmark that as a successful comeback - all by myself.
The reason I got injured in the first place was because of a hospital pass from a teammate and my will to put myself in the firing line for it, I had to extend my leg out and had a player go over on my knee. Nothing would have stopped it.
That is life, they could make a feel good movie about my return to action this year.
We were told a few years back all the cruciates were down to fella turning quicker with too much upper body muscle . Gooch is like a whippet and was hurt in a freak injury.
Hard to really tell, but it shouldnāt. Although know how haphazard the supervision is for some of these lads who knows, but thats more a money/board thing. It should in fact has made him faster etc and Gooch would have got a few extra high levels years out of it because he had got away with not soing that stuff. When its new to anyone there is a serious kick.
Gooch is known for not doing his external work though.
And on top of that, but iām not 100% on 2013, but after that he was not doing the strength programs. They had people in Cork, Tralee and Killarney doing that.
Gomez and Ings both did ACL last year. Both Liverpool players. Bogdan did ACL this year. Five liverpool players have hamstring injuries now.
If it happens in professional football and all its resources then it is laughable to suggest Dublin have cracked it. Their record clearly shows they have not.
Currently 9 players out with ACL this year in premiership
Well when medical staff are continually ignored by lunatic managers then that happens.
Well documented Pep, Klop and many others are complete cowboys when it comes to that side of the game. Pep being shown up for not understanding the physical demands of EPL which is clearly way more fatiguing than Spain and Germany.
From recollection, you said more than that. That youād question the introduction of S&C and level of it to a player of that age and who had a poor background to it. I just remember it was something that went on for quite a while here after it happened.
