@Cicero_Dandi is absolutely seething over this. Himself and @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy got it very badly wrong.

Emotion has no place in a court of law.

The real question that needs to be addressed is why Ben Stokes was left out of the Ashes squad last winter because of this very weak case. That was a decision which effectively ceded the Ashes to those ball tampering, cheating Convicts. Whatever happened to the presumption of innocence? A presumption which was resoundingly confirmed by the jury at Bristol Crown Court today.

Political correctness gone mad.

Ben Stokes acquitted.

@Little_Lord_Fauntleroy has backed another wrong horse in a major trial. The legal nous of a person with little legal nous.

He could potentially be sanctioned still over this mess by the ECB.

Of course he couldn’t travel with a video doing the rounds of him knocking some poor cunt clean out.

He is a thug.

You should stop commenting on subjects that you have no knowledge or understanding of like the Criminal Justice system. You’re just embarrassing yourself now every time you open your mouth.

You were attempting to undermine the Crown Prosecution Service.

You are undermining the UK Criminal Justice system in not accepting the jury verdict.

Of course I am, the British Injustice System is a disgrace.

The British justice system is the best in the world. It’s all over your head though.

You don’t believe in the right to a fair trial and have been advocating for conviction on the basis of a prosecution opening statement without any evidence.

It’s not. Another miscarriage of justice has occurred under it. What sort of fantasy land are you living in?

What’s this miscarriage of justice you’re referring to?

probably another tyrone discretion e.g dog fighting or patricide
