Youād still fear theyāre brittle with the bat though so still wide open.
England bowled really well all day in conditions that werenāt that conducive to bowling. Needing a win and with a lot of bad weather forecast for Saturday and Sunday, they had little option other then to field. The fact that 6 of the Australia top 7 all got into the 30ās would suggest thatās itās not a bad batting track.
England are going to need to post a big first innings total.
